Meeting Readiness With Opportunity
If we were willing to ask different questions and openly explore possibilities, how else could we think of each other as we ‘organise’ our efforts in our working communities? I believe there is a way for our organisations to become vibrant, healthy, productive and mutually beneficial environments…environments that we would ideally want them to be and dare I say, as a society WE DESPERATELY NEED THEM TO BECOME.
